Circular Economy Changemakers

Public Sector Track

We are currently designing a new learning and action program for professionals in the public sector who want to contribute more actively to the circular transition – but need stronger tools, inspiration, and a community to do so.

Öresund Circular Changemakers is inspired by the successful Circular Ambassador Program (CAP) from Flanders and builds on human-centered design methodologies to co-create locally rooted, practical, and systemic solutions.

Why a public sector track?

Public institutions play an essential role in enabling the circular economy – through policies, procurement, planning, and partnerships. But even with good intentions, it can be hard to move from ideas to implementation.

This program is designed to:

  • Support public professionals who want to translate circular goals into practical change
  • Provide proven methods for systems thinking, circular design, and collaborative action
  • Build confidence, capacity and momentum around real challenges
  • Strengthen regional learning and connections across the Öresund ecosystem

An open invitation

We’re currently shaping the format and partnerships for the first edition, and we invite:

  • Public professionals and changemakers interested in joining a future cohort
  • Municipalities and agencies open to contributing case challenges
  • Organizations, networks and funders with an interest in public sector capacity-building for circularity

Leadership Performance Track

What do you do when your smartest team goes silent? When a brilliant jerk poisons the room? Or when your newest hire quietly erodes the culture you’re working so hard to build?

This workshop is for scale-up leaders who don’t have time for theory — but need better instincts under pressure. We explore the invisible costs of silence, the cultural risks hidden in great CVs, and the small leadership behaviors that make or break trust.

Expect cat memes, live bets, tough hiring dilemmas, and honest conversations about what kind of team you’re really building.

AI-Powered SPIN Sales Enablement

As part of an innovative proof of concept, we're developing an AI-based training system grounded in the SPIN Selling methodology (Situation, Problem, Implication, Need-Payoff). The goal is to enable sales teams to practice, repeat, and refine their sales conversations through realistic role plays, dynamic persona-based scenarios, and AI-driven feedback. The system creates a safe learning environment, promotes deep reflection, and makes sales competence measurable.
